Family Resiliency Programming

Workforce Development + Parenthood Enrichment Services

The Passages Family Resiliency Program provides parents with free services to address their workforce and parental development needs. These program resources strengthen an individual’s life, from relationship-building skills and career exploration to understanding and obtaining the practical and legal items needed to best support your family. Within the Family Resiliency Programming, you will have an opportunity to gain insight and tools in the following areas:

  • A 2-week program–either virtual or on demand–where parents learn how to build healthier relationships and communication with their children and the other significant people in their lives.

  • Career exploration and coaching to promote obtaining employment that can lead to economic stability.

  • Expungement of criminal records.

  • Comprehensive case management services to address any barriers an individual may be experiencing.

  • Access to certain legal services that aid participants in learning how to file court documents related to parenting time or custody.

  • Help with navigating child support.

  • Driver’s license reinstatement navigation.

“I came to Passages for a child support block for my license, but also came for the resources to obtain custody for my daughter. I have since gotten my driver’s license back because of the Passages program, and have also learned what’s needed to get custody and how Passages can advocate for me. I have gained knowledge on how I can be a better father for my daughter and have resources to also help my daughter with her special needs.”
