The Cognitive Behavioral Intervention (CBI) program provides CBI Employment Programming to individuals with criminal records and mid-to-high ORAs scores.

The Passages CBI Program is based on referral from Cuyahoga County Probation Department, ORAS Score Mod-High, Felony only. To receive services, individuals must be residents of Cuyahoga County in Ohio.
