Passages provides fathers with the tools needed to rise above circumstance, remove barriers, and gain skills that change lives. Our free programs use father-focused curricula and group and individual support to help overcome the challenges that life brings. No matter what your story or current circumstances are, Passages has programs and services for you! While primarily a father-serving agency, Passages provides support for people regardless of gender.

Family Resiliency Programming
The Passages Family Resiliency Program provides parents with free services to address their workforce and parental development needs. These program resources strengthen an individual’s life, from relationship-building skills and career exploration to understanding and obtaining the practical and legal items needed to best support your family.
S.T.E.P.S. / League of Extraordinary Fathers
Fathers face many challenges, and Passages is here to help through the League of Extraordinary Fathers. This program gives men the skills and support they need to be the fathers they would like to be and the father their kids deserve. The League provides free workshops, coaching, and resources to help fathers navigate family, legal, and personal issues.
Cognitive Behavioral Intervention (CBI)
The focus of the program is to conduct Cognitive Behavioral Intervention Employment Programming to individuals with criminal records and mid to high ORAs scores.
Support Services and Community Resources
If you need assistance with a service outside of employment or parenthood development (housing, transportation, hunger, child support navigation, etc.), we can help. Check out a few of the support services and community resources available to you below:
Fatherhood Conferences across the region that celebrate fatherhood in the communities that we serve, including inside of correctional facilities. The conferences include keynote speakers, workshops, and family centered activities.
Specialized Programming for individuals with child support issues.
Community Fatherhood Celebrations that provide family-oriented fun environments for fathers to enjoy with their families.
The Annual Fathers Walk encourages fathers and father figures to be involved in their children’s education on this date, as well as throughout the school year.
The White Ribbon Campaign is a global movement working to create awareness of intimate partner violence and to put an end to it.
Suited for Men supplies interview-appropriate attire and business dress clothes free of charge to individuals that engage in our career development program.
Ohio Department of Youth Services Every Child Matters Program provides fatherhood programming and services to young fathers within the 3 State of Ohio Youth Correctional Facilities.
Fatherhood Programming in all levels of correctional facilities (county, community based correctional facilities, and prisons) throughout Northeast Ohio.
